Being a member at Ladies Fitness Gym means we know your name not your membership number. We have a variety of cardio and resistance machines to work every muscle of your body in the fully air conditioned gym – and if you need more motivation then we have 15+ classes per week in the fully air conditioned studio. There is something for everyone at Ladies Fitness Gym and our fitness team will give you a full induction on all the equipment, an individually designed program which can be reviewed as often as you wish, and a health check before you start.
